Today the Columbia Fire Co. was alerted at 5:49pm for a structure fire at 140 Fairview Rd, Clearfield County, Decatur Twp. Chief 22 responded to the scene. Engine 22-2 and Engine 22-1 responded and arrived on scene. Engine 22-1 crew was to stage along with Truck 23. Engine 22-2 crew found smoke to be coming from a light bulb ballast the blew up. Chief 22 held the box to Company 22 and Truck 23 and returned all other units. Chief 22 then placed the box available and the residents were not displaced.
